About This Event
“I know I’m right, so why won’t they listen?!”
This is the frustrated cry of every parent, business executive and government official who has tried to lead during a crisis. It is one thing to be able to get your message heard during a crisis. It is a whole other thing to influence people to take an action, change their behavior or just plain listen to reason! Join Dr. Joanna Dodd Massey as she uses candor and humor to explain how the human brain reacts during a crisis and provides useful tools for how you can communicate effectively and influence people—whether those people are your colleagues, your fellow countrymen, or your own family.
