Using AI & Live Experiences To Shape The Future of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Tuesday, 4/14/20 | 4PM EST

About This Event

At no other time in modern history are we simultaneously living the past, present, and future. How we embrace technology today, in this very moment of remote work during Covid-19, will no doubt have lasting effects for how we work — and create inclusive corporate culture — months and years from now. At this pivotal moment, the possibilities for far reaching advances in technology — especially around artificial intelligence — could provide sought after solutions for how we re-engineer outdated and ineffective D&I initiatives. Living through this period of time is one thing. But realizing the value in our collective, lived experiences to create innovative solutions to remove barriers to equality via technology is quite another. Join us for an eye-opening conversation with two leading experts on AI, organizational culture, and inclusion.

About Pam

Working at the intersection of business and psychology, to support the needs of HR and Organizational Development functions, Pamela’s research on ‘Inclusive Diversity’ validated new measures and activities to enable D&I programs to organize inclusion around the diverse mindsets of their people in performance, in complement to their representative headcounts. Her methodology levels the playing field for diversity among people and moves businesses beyond the 4 levels of bias that could break them down.

Starting her career as a banker, and with the addition of post-graduate studies in corporate behaviors and positive psychology, she developed a ROI for people practices. Pamela, having lived in Russia, England, China and the US, has a global perspective on HR issues.

She is certified in over 35 psychometric tools, partnering this with expert selection and use.
Her clients include: Microsoft, PWC, Yum Restaurants Int’l, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Unilever, Federal Occupational Health Agency, Kaiser Permanente, among others. She also works across small-to-medium companies, equity funders, entrepreneurs and individuals.
