Join us for a lively discussion on how storytelling and our own individual lived experiences impact our roles as leaders championing equity in the workplace, at home, and in our communities. We will discuss emerging trends in media, communications, and organizational development through a race, class, gender, and age lens. We will explore themes of group identity and inclusion in how institutions and companies strive to stay relevant, current, and sustainable during this period of massive transformation. We are thrilled to present two exceptional leaders who have dedicated their careers to helping organizations lead with humility and courage. Joining us are Patricia Garcia-Gomez and Ben Lichtenwalner join us for an engaging conversation.

About Patricia
Patricia Garcia-Gomez is Chief Adventurist at AGEIST Travel, and an award-winning strategic thinker, artist and brander. She is dedicated to using creativity as a powerful catalyst for connection, and working with visionary leaders, from start-ups to Fortune 500, to design for the soul (aka conjure magic).
What she’s most excited about right now…side by side partnering with her clients to write/rewrite/recalibrate their story through the lens of today to create new windows of beauty and aliveness.
She’s authored the story of some of the world’s biggest brands, and some of its most beloved. Her secret mission is to shine a light on brave, beautiful women creators. She is a student of deep listening, which has taught her to listen for things that are not always expressed.
Her art is part of the permanent collections of the Tate Modern, the NY Museum of Art & Design, the Henry Buhl Collection, the Santa Barbara Museum, and the Agnes Martin Estate in New Mexico.

About Ben
Ben raises servant-leadership awareness and adoption, while building servant-led organizations. He is author of the critically acclaimed book, Paradigm Flip: Leading People, Teams, and Organizations Beyond the Social Media Revolution and founder of Radiant Forest, LLC as well as ModernServantLeader.com.
Ben’s wife and children are African American. While he considers himself a woke ally, he brings candor and transparency from his own experience, to open the minds of others.
Mr. Lichtenwalner holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, an MBA from Lehigh University, and is a member of the National Speakers Association.
