About Brett 

Brett Cotter is an expert in stress and trauma relief. He is the founder of Stress Is Gone, which provides life-changing tools, coaching and classes to help people heal traumatic memories and overcome fear, stress, and anxiety.

He has taught his signature method in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, military bases and disaster sites. Brett is the author of “3 Keys to Managing PTSD: The Warrior’s Guide to Overcoming Combat Trauma”, creator of the Stress Is Gone Mobile App, and Stress Stopper Breathwork.

Brett currently spearheads a program to support nurses and healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Brett shares his tools with people who are ready to break through their pain and negative patters. He was trained by the Himalayan Institute and a Shaolin Grandmaster. Brett is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and his program is Certified by the American Institute of Stress.

He currently offers one-on-one breakthrough coaching sessions via FaceTime, Skype and mobile, custom designed for women of all ages. Participants report a renewed sense of clarity, personal freedom and empowerment.
