Mrs. Hill Ritchie has worked internally for 5 single family offices and as an advisor to several prominent family offices and companies through her firm, Private Capital Investments, LLC. Her current role is Director for Nottingham Spirk Family Office, and her past roles include: Simon Group Holdings, Eden Capital, and PEX Global. She spent 7 years in Switzerland where she was a Managing Director at Palladio Alternative Research and Senior Analyst and Investment Committee Member for the Saad family office’s $3.5 billion investment portfolio. She was a Director for Wedge Alternatives, and also Hedgefund.net.

Katherine received her MBA from Fordham University and her BS in Psychology from University of Maryland. Her Board member activities include: Investment Committee Member for the VC fund University Impact, Chair of the ACG New York Family Office Committee, Board Member of ACG NY, and Family Office Advisory Board of TriState Capital. Her past philanthropic volunteer activities include: Global Co-Chair of The Guild, the Philanthropy and Education Committees of 100 Women in Finance, Fordham MBA Overseers Board, All Special Kids, Lighthouse Organization and Cancer101.

Marcia Nelson is a founder partner of Triple C Advisory – a business life cycle and capital raising firm – where she works primarily with companies from early stage through growth, with a particular emphasis on sustainable businesses, technology, and consumer products.

She is formerly a Managing Director at Alberleen Family Office Solutions, an independent investment advisory firm backed by family office investors. Her experience led to working with global family offices to source, structure and co-invest in proprietary financing opportunities across the capital stack. Ms. Nelson worked for two other family offices: an ultra-high-net-worth philanthropic family as well as a sports and entertainment family office. Over the last 20 years, she has developed a strong network of family offices and institutional investors seeking access to quality direct deal flow from trusted, experienced partners.

Ms. Nelson currently services on several boards. She is on the Advisory Board of a Utah Single Family Office, President-elect of ACG-NY (Association for Corporation Growth), Board Member of VentureCapital.org and also serves on the Investment Committee of a donor advised fund, University Impact.
