Speak Your Mind: Societal Change
Monday 11/30/20 | 4PM EST
About This Event
Thanksgiving. We’ve read all the messages, creative Instagrams, and heartfelt emails. And now it’s Monday. It’s so easy to leave the blessings and gratitude with the leftover turkey. Our challenge is: how do we continue the thankfulness of Thanksgiving as we’re back to zoom meetings, continual COVID-19 vigilance, and moving into December and the next set of holidays without the people we love? Can we allow ourselves happiness even when there is so much suffering around us?
Our guest today is Patrice Tanaka, Chief Joy Officer at Joyful Planet. As we talk about how to find joy and connect with small moments in our lives, think about a commitment you can make going forward to yourself. Connecting with happiness helps your immune system.
Please join us! As always, we’ve saved a seat for you!!
