Description
Brain fog is very common when we are exhausted,, stressed or depressed. Yoga and meditation are effective technologies for clearing the clutter of the mind to reach a state of inner quietude and clarity. Our practice today will focus on adjusting imbalances in the brain to fight brain fatigue by renewing the blood supply to the brain and moves the serum in the spine. It also benefits the liver, navel, spleen and lymphatic system.
Join Paula for for a Kundalini yoga class with words of wisdom for thriving in today’s modern world. Explore who you are as an individual and connect to a warm and welcoming community. Paula guides you through breath work, sets of yogic postures, mantra & meditation designed to strengthen the physical body especially the nervous, immune and glandular systems. Leave the class feeling radiant like you’ve gone to therapy, had a swim in the ocean, and enjoyed dancing with friends. Please prepare your space with a yoga mat and a cushion. For additional comfort, add a warm blanket and eye mask.
