On this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with Glen Guyton. “Come As You Are” as we engage on a thought-provoking, often challenging, always joy filled conversation about his work helping companies achieve success in how we receive others to create welcoming work spaces, corporate cultures, and meaningful connections. We discuss the complexity of unearned privilege, how to live an anti-racist life, and what real compassion looks like today. You’ll laugh, learn and be entertained.
