It’s Election Day! Join us for this live episode on one of the most historic days in recent US history: November 3, 2020. Taped before the results of the election were known, we hope that this episode will serve as a time capsule illustrating the stressors, anxieties, hopes and dreams that dominated how we lived during 2020. We meet with two esteemed leaders and advocates for the empowerment of women, Paula Jennings and Simone Baker. We discuss what this Election Day means to us individually and collectively and the power in voting and using your voice to affect change. This very special conversation was designed for personal growth and healing while maintaining hope and positivity during a year that has tested and taxed us on so many levels.

About Simone
Personal growth and spirituality are my life’s true passions. As a survivor of childhood trauma, following a spiritual path has been my medicine for healing. I’ve spent my life rediscovering my true essence and have reclaimed joy and vitality by utilizing the tools I’ve learned through being a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and an Usui Reiki practitioner, transformational leadership and sacred sexuality coach. I’ve also discovered many tools through reading personal development texts.
As a result of my journey, I have become committed to sharing my knowledge with other women, especially Black women, with the intention of supporting them to come fully alive in all areas of their lives through self discovery and healing as an illuminating spiritual adventure. My offerings focuses on courses, leading workshops and women’s circles where we work with the nervous system by delving deep into breathwork, movement, pleasure practices and sound experiences that opens opportunities for emotional and energetic release creating space for self awareness, pleasure, joy and ultimately, peace.
