About Dr. Risa Ryger, Ph.D.

Dr. Risa Ryger is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder of 93% Consulting, and the creator of Dynamic Integrative Psychotherapy™.  An Expert in Change™, she has consulted and given presentations in the corporate, legal, financial, fashion, medical, and educational spheres.  Through decades of work, Dr. Ryger knows that “we are built for change”.

Dr. Ryger earned her Master of Science, Master of Philosophy, and Ph.D. from Columbia University with academic appointments at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Cornell University Medical School.  She is on the Advisory Council of Mindfulness Without Borders.  Dr. Ryger is the proud mother of 2 amazing daughters and lives in NY with her husband and Sammy-the dog who smiles.

Times, InStyle, BRIDES, The Knot, Refinery 29, New York Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings and Harper’sBAZAAR. Lindsay Landman Events was a recipient of the International Special Events Society 2015 Big Apple Award and is a long-time recipient of The Knot’s “Best Of” Wedding Planner designation. VOGUE, Harper’sBAZAAR and BRIDES have each named Lindsay Landman Events on their lists of the best wedding planners in the world. Lindsay earned her B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania and has studied both floral and interior design. She was the Founding President of
Wish Upon a Wedding New York and served as the National Event Chair for the organization. Lindsay resides in New York City with her husband Mark and sons Charlie and Max.
