When we think about how we learn, our memories are often that of a traditional classroom in a traditional academic environment. And yet, so much of what we learn comes from our own lived experiences, through trial and error. We experiment, test, reflect, assess, adjust our behaviors, and start all over again. Whether or not this is conscious, we are continuously learning and growing. Additionally we learn from those around us, no matter if our professional networks, peers, colleagues or our own social networks and family and friends.
