Our social innovation incubator focuses on creating employment for women, is a hybrid incubator/accelerator that combines the best aspects of both.
THE INCUBATOR PROGRAM (3 MONTHS)
The incubator program ( 3 months program ) provides comprehensive support for women social entrepreneurs who will each align their mission to the goal of generating 1000 employment in their chosen field, region, industry.
The incubator program provides mentorship and training on topics such as business planning, capacity building, HR and recruitment expertise
THE ACCELERATOR (POST INCUBATOR)
The accelerator ( post incubator program ) focuses on helping these female social entrepreneurs scale and reach their targets, providing access to employment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other resources that can help them succeed. Additionally, the incubator could have a focus on industries where women are underrepresented, such as technology and engineering.
