RESET is a half-day program designed by Mayshad Expert, Paula Jennings and the Mayshad Team to help you relax and restore your immune system. You will be hosted in an environment that will allow you to experience a wellness program compliant with the new guidelines.
Overview
8:30AM: Check-in
9:00AM – 10:00AM: Yoga
Through breath, movement, and mantra we will come into balance and harmony with our blissful nature, and experience the totality of who we are with love and compassion.
10:30AM – 11:30AM: (+15 min of questions) Conversation with Guest Speaker, Yrthya Dinzey-Flores
12:30AM – 1:30 PM: Networking Lunch

She served on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s cabinet as the first Chief Diversity Officer for New York State. Yrthya kicked-off her career at the Robin Hood Foundation and went on to hold leadership positions at Toyota Motor North America, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner Inc. and Warner Media LLC.
