Description

If constant stress has you feeling helpless, disillusioned, and completely exhausted, you may be on the road to burnout. In this practice, we will regain your balance and feel positive and hopeful again. The potent sequence of exercises primarily engages the breathing in order to supercharge the bloodstream with oxygen, and direct that oxygen-rich blood through the kidneys to balance and regulate the adrenal gland activity.

Format

Intro & Daily Teaching – 15 mins

Breathwork – 10 mins

Yoga Movement

Warm ups – 10 mins
Yoga Kriya – 20 mins

Meditation – 5 mins

Social Time – 15 mins
